We have listed below our many travel reviews on the quality of service at Italy-Accom.
When choosing a rental agency on the internet, it can be difficult to decide which agency to book through. Many agencies are nothing more than portals listing any apartment or villa who wishes to advertise their property on a site, whereas at Italy-Accom all apartments and villas have been inspected for quality prior to being photographed by us and added to our site. We also monitor the quality of our clients experience by asking each client to give us their travel review at the end of each trip to ensure that quality remains high, any properties that fall below standard are removed from our listings. Both Apartments that I chose from your web site were fantastic. Perfect in every way. I would like to also thank Leon for organising the last minute change to our Roman apartment. I sensed when I spoke to him on our train 10 min from arriving at the stazione that he had moved boulders to accommodate our needs in such a short time and we were very grateful for the way he handled the issue. It was reassuring. Although I have been to Italy many times, this was the first time with children and your apartments were ideal. I have passed on your details to friends who are touring Italy in October and will definitely promote your site. The organisation of transfers were also excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting your cleaning staff in Rome and they were lovely and very professional and obliging. You are doing a great job and know the needs of families (especially Aussies).

We were collected from the airport and met at the apartment, then at the end of our stay collected from our apartment and driven to the airport. In fact we've only been back for four days, and I've recommended several people already! I could not fault your service. Exemplary.

Did not waste time trying to figure out transportation.They were outside customs holding a sign with our name on it.

Apartment Vicolo del Moro January-08 Spain Claudia M. First of all I'm sorry for my late reply. Second and most importantly, EVERYTHING WAS SIMPLY GREAT!!!!! On arrival,the airline lost one of our bags so we had to stay at the airport for 4 extra hours. Not only did the taxi organised by you kindly waited for us all this time, but the guy who was supposed to meed us to give us the key understood our situation and waited for us till we arrived, at midnight. We didn't have a mobile phone so Clemente kindly allow us to give his personal contact details to the airline. THANK YOU! The area is great, full or great restaurant, and magnificen bakeries. Everything about the place was fantastic. I must not forget that Julia from ITALY ACCOM was extremely nice and efficient when we first contacted to ask for info, and helped us during the whole time with all the payment and paper work due to give the Consulate. My single complait is that we didn;t book all our places through you guys. Once again, thank your very much for all your help. We love ITALY so whenever we go back, we'll definitely be contactinng you. We have already recommended you to ALL our friends. See you soon.

Everything was perfect right from being collected from the airport by our driver booked through Italy Accom.
