FAQ's - Booking Procedure

 When I make a reservation request, how is it processed?

Your reservation request is dealt with by one of our sales team. Your assigned sales consultant will immediately check whether your choice of accommodation is available for your required dates and notify you by e-mail or telephone.

If the accommodation you requested is not available then your sales consultant will find similar options which are available and offer you the alternative accommodation.

Please note that the individual member of our team that handles your request from the start will be the person responsible for your booking; you will not be speaking to a machine - our follow up service is totally personable, read about The Team at Italy-Accom.

What steps are necessary to complete my booking?

Step 1: Submit Your Booking Confirmation Form:
Confirm your booking by sending your booking form, you confirm your intent to book a property by filling out a specific online booking form, provided to you by your assigned sales consultant.

Step 2: Make Your Deposit Payment
Make your deposit payment via credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer. 

Step 3: Agree to our Terms and Conditions
Read and Agree to our Terms and Conditions form and submit the form online.  

How long will it take for my reservation request to be answered?

You can expect to receive a reply from us between 2 and 48 hours.
