FAQ's - Cancellation Policy
The cancellation of a booking on the part of the client, for whatever reason, must reach Italy-Accom in writing and will incur the following cancellation charges:
60 plus days prior to the arrival date - the deposit is refunded to the client less a 25% cancellation fee
59 - 45 days prior to the arrival date - 50% of the total rentals is charged
44 - 0 days prior to the arrival date - 100% of the total rental is charged
If the Client abandons the property at any time, he loses ALL rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
As a precautionary measure, we recommend that all Client's purchase travel insurance to cover any eventual financial loss due to unforseen circumstances, which may cause him/her to cancel.
